A trip to the outlet malls doesn't have to take hours, and you need not walk away with mismatched items, sizes that aren't quite right or damaged goods. When Gretta goes outlet shopping with Danielle, a mother of triplets who doesn't have much time, here's what she suggests.

·         Stop at the customer service desk to pick up an outlet shopping map.

·         Ask if there's a coupon book. You can often get extra savings that way!

·         Have a plan. Decide which stores you're going to shop at and how best to get there. Nobody has time for walking in circles!

·         Go to the clearance section first. Sure, it may be full of clothes that are out of season, but it's worth a look. Stores often have overstock they've got to get rid of, so you may find current season items at incredible prices.
